Wintershall (UK) Ltd
ABAL were commissioned by Wintershall (UK) Ltd to provide a structural
interpretation of selected seismic lines to assist an ongoing pre-stack
depth migration in the Southern North Sea. The area exhibits complex along
strike variation and salt related deformation. The restoration sequence
shown below is one of several models used to illustrate the range of structures
found in the area, and to test the structural interpretation, as well
as ensuring the robustness of the model for application to the depth migration
(also see section restoration).
